Shipping & Returns

We want every kit to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- •Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (pan-India).
- •Free shipping on all orders above ₹4,990.
- •Flat ₹149 shipping fee for orders below ₹4,990.
- •You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
All products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are not physically broken or damaged by misuse. To start a return:
- •Email us at support@zoomered.com with your order number and reason for return.
- •We’ll arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
- •Items must be returned in their original packaging with all components included.
Products that are physically broken or damaged due to misuse, water damage, or unauthorised modification are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- •Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- •You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
- •Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional business days.
If your kit arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Want to swap your Maker Kit for a Prodigy Kit (or vice versa)? Email us within 7 days of delivery. You’ll only pay the price difference, and we’ll handle the logistics.
